Seller FAQ & support

Everything about selling on Luckally — or chat with our team.

How do I list an item?

Use the List an item form — describe it in your own words and add photos, and we fill in the rest. You can also text photos and a description to our Luckally number. Every listing is reviewed by our team, usually within one business day.

What does it cost to sell?

Listing is free. When it sells, our commission is $15 for items under $125, or 15% at $125 and over. Current-season clothing and shoes: $10 under $100, or 10% at $100 and over. You see exactly what you'll receive before you submit.

When do I get paid?

Once the buyer has the item — at pickup when they give you their code, or after delivery for shipped orders. Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. You can choose instant payouts for a 1% fee.

How does shipping work?

We email you a prepaid label — just pack the item and drop it off within 3 business days. The buyer pays shipping unless you choose to offer free shipping, which comes out of your payout. You can change this any time on the item's page in Seller Central.

How does local pickup work?

The buyer contacts you through Luckally to set a time. They look the item over, and once they're happy they give you a pickup code — enter it in Seller Central to complete the sale.

What about offers?

Buyers can make offers below your price. You have 48 hours to accept, counter or decline in Seller Central. If you accept, the item is held for the buyer for 24 hours to pay.

Can I change or remove a listing?

Yes. Change the price, photos and delivery options on the item's page in Seller Central. If it's no longer available, use “Take it off the site” right away. You can relist it later with one click.

What if the buyer has a problem?

Buyers can report an issue within 3 days of delivery if the item isn't as described. We'll look at it with you before anything is decided — describing items accurately is the best way to avoid this.
