What items can I sell on this platform?
Literally anything! If it’s brand new, and doesn’t work for you, then you always have a chance of reselling it.
To ensure the status of this platform, we will limit acceptance, for clothing, shoes, and accessories - only from a familiar designer brand. ( Amazon, Ali, etc. will not be accepted)
For pre owned /used items-
- Clothing- designer stuff that was slightly used ( 2-3 times) and is in a perfect condition, are welcomed. Wedding dresses will also be accepted. General clothing will not be accepted.
- Toys- only brand new
- Home decor / Furnity/ Gear/ Appliances - can be used, but has to be in perfect condition, with all parts included
- Electronics - has to be in great condition and work well
To protect our buyers, only original authentic items can be listed. No copies of designer brand items will be accepted.
When will I see my item posted?
After filling in all necessary information for your listing, click ‘submit’. Your item will be reviewed within 48 hours, and once approved, will go live.
If we come across any issues on your listing form, we will email you a list of necessary adjustments to be made, before approval.
Who sets the selling price?
You do! The price is totally up to you! Take into consideration the original retail price, items current condition, and how sought after your particular item is, before deciding on a final price. The price can always be adjusted, just send us an email to info.luckally@gmail.com
What is the review process of a listing?
Before your item is actually posted, we review it to ensure :
- The item is authentic
- Your pictures are clear
- The item’s condition matches the picture
- You are not selling it for more than the original retail price, you paid for
Are there any fees for selling?
There are no fees for listing an item. Once a sale is completed, we will charge a 15% commission fee for items above $125, and $15 for items below $125. The charge for commission will be deducted from your buyers payment.
Current season merchandise will enjoy a special promotion! If you list and sell clothing and shoes from the current season, you will be charged less for commission. Commission fee - $10 for items below $100, and 10% for items above $100.
When do I get paid, and how?
Once the buyer receives the product, he gets a time frame of 72 hours to accept the product. If they do not accept it, within 72 hours, it will automatically be accepted. ( unless a claim has been filed, because item doesn’t match the description)
Once the product has been received and accepted by the buyer, we will notify the seller, and they will select a preferred payment method. Payment for the item will be sent within 48 hours.
Can a buyer return an item if they don’t like it?
No. A buyer can’t return an item for reasons like they don’t like the color, style, fit, size etc.
- A buyer can return an item, if the item doesn’t match the seller’s description. If they receive an incorrect item, damaged item, wrong size, counterfeit item, etc. we offer a money back guarantee. Simply, reach out to us to file a claim. We stand behind every purchase, and we will ensure that the money is returned to the buyer.
We strongly recommend that the seller accurately describe the item they are listing. Good pictures are also encouraged. Take pictures of front and back, and brand tags of clothing, as well as all other items, so the buyer can clearly see what they are purchasing.
Can a buyer try or inspect an item before buying?
- For items that the buyer wants to try before buying, or inspect the condition, they can send an inquiry. We will share the contact information with the seller and buyer. You can personally arrange for the item to be tried on or inspected. When the buyer is ready to go ahead with the purchase, the buyer will check out the item through our website.
- If you choose to finish the sale privately, we allow that. The seller is required to let us know that the item was sold. We will then send an invoice for the commission fee to be paid.

How do I ship the item once it’s sold?
The Seller gets to choose between two delivery options to offer, when listing an item. They can offer both options.
- Shipping - to have the item shipped via mail or UPS. Once the sale is confirmed, you will get an email with a prepaid shipping label. Print the label and ship your item within 3 days, to ensure that it still gets scanned by the 4th day.
- If the item is not shipped within 4 days, it may be cancelled. If you’re having an issue with shipping it within 4 days, or you're out of town, please reach out to us. We will contact the buyer, to see if they want to wait it out, or they choose to cancel the order.
- Local pick up - many sellers will offer local pick up, especially if their items are large and bulky, and are hard to ship, or the buyer wants to save money by not paying for shipping. If an item is available for local pick up, the item’s location city will be stated. When the sale is confirmed, we will provide the contact information to the buyer and seller, so that pick up can be arranged.
- Buyer can always opt to schedule a local messenger to pick up and deliver their order, in the event that they personally can’t pick it up, or live in a different city. You will arrange the pick up time and address with the seller.
- Some items need to be tried on, or inspected, before buying. In that case, the buyer can email us expressing their interest in the product, and we will forward to the buyer the seller’s contact information. The actual sale will then be completed through our website. Taking the sale outside of our website, to be done in private, is against our policy and Halacha.
Who is responsible for the shipping cost?
The buyer. We will charge a flat rate shipping cost of $7 when placing an order to be shipped. The prepaid label will then be emailed to the seller.
If a local messenger / delivery service is to be used, the buyer is also responsible for the cost of shipping.
