By listing an item on Luckally you agree to these Seller Terms, our Buyer Protection & Returns policy, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Terms of Service.
1. Fees
- Listing is free.
- Sold on Luckally: 15% of the sale price, with a $20 minimum fee. You see your exact payout before you submit.
- Sold on another marketplace (for example eBay): that marketplace's actual fees (percentage, per-order and other channel charges) plus a 1.5% Luckally service fee. We show the estimated marketplace fees, our fee and your estimated payout before you switch a marketplace on. Luckally doesn't cover marketplace fees and won't complete a marketplace sale at a loss.
2. Listing and review
- List with our online form or by text message (email and WhatsApp coming soon). You provide basic details and photos; we may write or improve the title, description and item details.
- Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may ask for more photos or information, or decline a listing.
- Describe the item accurately — condition, flaws, missing parts and size — and use clear, real photos of the actual item.
- You set your price and can change it anytime. We may suggest a price; you decide.
- If the item becomes unavailable, take it off the site right away from Seller Central.
3. Selling on other marketplaces
- New listings start on Luckally. After about 7 days, you can switch on other marketplaces from Seller Central.
- You choose which marketplaces are on, and your price on each. Items on other marketplaces must also follow that marketplace's rules.
- Views and clicks from other marketplaces are shown where the marketplace provides them.
4. Authenticity and high-value items
- You confirm every item is authentic and accurately described.
- For high-value or branded items we may ask for extra photos — logos, labels and tags, serial or date codes, stitching and hardware close-ups — and proof of purchase when available. We may require independent authentication.
- Counterfeit or misrepresented items are covered by Buyer Protection and will be refunded at the seller's expense.
5. Prohibited and restricted items
You may not list illegal, stolen, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe items; weapons, ammunition or explosives; controlled substances, prescription medication or nicotine products; hazardous materials; live animals; or gift cards, cash or other cash-equivalent financial products. Luckally may refuse or remove any listing, before or after it goes live, if it is unsafe, high-risk, inappropriate, inconsistent with the community standards we serve, or likely to create legal or reputational risk.
6. When your item sells
- We notify you by text and email with next steps and, for shipped orders, a prepaid label.
- Ship within 3 business days, packed securely, using the label we provide. If it hasn't shipped by business day 5, the buyer may cancel for a full refund, and that counts as a seller cancellation.
- Local pickup: the sale is complete when you enter the buyer's pickup code. Local delivery: book the courier from Seller Central when the item is ready.
- You may cancel an order before it ships; the buyer is refunded in full. There's no cancellation fee, but cancellations count against your reliability. Repeated seller-caused cancellations or late shipping may lead to warnings or restrictions on new listings.
7. Buyer Protection and payouts
- Buyers have 72 hours after confirmed delivery to report a qualifying problem (not as described, undisclosed damage or defect, wrong item, missing parts). Your payout is held until that window passes or the report is resolved.
- If a claim is approved, the buyer returns the item with tracking and you refund the purchase price; when you're at fault you also pay the return shipping.
- Returns for change of mind, fit or style aren't required when the item was accurately described, unless you agree.
- Payouts are sent through our payout provider to the method you set in Seller Central.
8. Shipping damage and loss
If you used the Luckally label and packed and shipped correctly, genuine carrier loss or damage is handled through the carrier or shipping insurance first, not charged to you. Problems caused by poor packing or the wrong label are the seller's responsibility. High-value items may require extra insurance or signature confirmation.
9. Chargebacks and payment issues
If a refund or chargeback is caused by the seller (for example the item wasn't as described or wasn't shipped), Luckally may recover the amount from your balance or future payouts. For card fraud where you followed our rules, we use the payment provider's protection and dispute process rather than charging you. Always ship tracked to the checkout address, never to a different address requested after payment. High-risk or high-value orders may be held for review. We keep listing details, order records, tracking and messages to resolve disputes.
10. Keep the sale on Luckally
Communicate and complete every sale through Luckally. Contact details are hidden in messages. Taking a sale off Luckally is against our policy and against Halacha, and may lead to removal of your account.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Questions: support@luckally.com.
