Luckally currently does not offer returns. 

  •  We encourage you to decide carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding an item you can always reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Trying on/ inspecting item

We select the specific items that we understand a customer wants to try before buying, or inspect the condition of the item. The customer wants to feel more confident with their purchase. (especially expensive items, or furniture) Please send an inquiry, and we will forward you the contact information of the seller. You can personally arrange for the item to be tried on or inspected. When you are ready to go ahead with the purchase, you will check out the item through our website.

  • For these items, you will also have the option to finish off the sale privately.

Stolen or lost packages

Once an item is marked delivered, we can not take responsibility for the package.

We stand behind our products. When your item arrives, we ask you to carefully inspect it. If it doesn’t match the description please reach out to us. If approved, we will refund you the entire amount.

  • If after 3 days, we don’t hear from you, the transaction will be considered closed.
